A combination of uncertainty in the stock market combined with rising rental returns will help boost the Mandurah real estate market during 2008/2009 according to David Hobbs, CEO of Professionals Real Estate Group.
Mr Hobbs said that REWIA figures showed property investors have traditionally played a significant factor in the Mandurah real estate market.
