Meet Sarah – A Passionate Leader Fuelled by Purpose, People & Precision
Sarah Thomas is the Managing Director of Professionals Byford Property Team and a lifelong member of the Serpentine Jarrahdale community. With real estate running in her veins—her mother, Denise, founded the business – Sarah has been immersed in the industry from a young age, officially joining the team full-time in 2007.
Having completed her Diploma of Real Estate in 2020, Sarah is now a fully qualified Real Estate Agent. Her career has evolved from hands-on administrative support to high-level management and strategy. Today, she plays a pivotal role in running the agency, overseeing operations, marketing, and team support with precision and creativity.
Sarah is known for her strong work ethic, organisation, and calm problem-solving nature. She thrives on the behind-the-scenes details, developing streamlined systems, creating standout marketing, and ensuring the entire team has the tools they need to succeed. Her strengths lie in being proactive, highly organised, and always solutions-focused.
A proud Shire local, Sarah is an active member of the Rotary Club of Byford & Districts and a passionate supporter of the community. Her children attend a local school, and she also owns and runs a successful local dance studio, Academy of Dance and Elegance, located in Armadale – proof of her creative heart and leadership versatility.
Outside of work, Sarah enjoys dancing, going to the theatre and spending time caravaning and travelling with her Kelpie-cross dog and family. Married to Chris, Senior Sales Advisor at Professionals Byford, their business is proudly family-run, built on trust, ethics, and genuine care.
Her mission? To foster a supportive, high-performing workplace while helping clients realise their real estate goals through a seamless and professional experience
