We first reached out to The Professional in Byford (now known as The Selling Team) in July 2025, just wanting honest advice on whether to sell our house as is or fix it up first. Byron was out to see us within 24 hours, and when it became clear our situation was outside his usual scope, he brought Chris in a couple of days later to make sure we got the right advice. From that very first meeting they were upfront, realistic, and never once tried to push us toward a decision.
It ended up taking us until March 2026 to actually be ready to sell, and the whole time they were patient and understanding of our situation, our timeline, and what we needed. They kept a genuine eye on the market for us without any pressure, just quietly checking in and advising.
Our original plan was to fix up the house before selling, but as house prices moved and our own timeline tightened (we were purchasing land and needed to settle by May), we made the call to sell as is instead, defects and all — including a serious retaining wall issue that had undermined the patio. Byron and Chris were completely honest with us about what that meant for the sale and helped us navigate it with realistic expectations every step of the way.

Chris, Byron and Selly. Have had 3 dealings with them, can’t recommend them enough for their services. We bought a property, sold it and also got a rental property through them.
