With a real estate career spanning over 40 years, Denise D’Agnone is the Licensee and Business Development Manager of Professionals Byford Property Team – and the driving force behind its success. Starting out as a receptionist in 1981 after five years in banking, Denise has since worked across every facet of the industry: from property management and sales to becoming the Principal of her own office, which she has proudly led for the past 29 years.
Denise’s commitment to her clients and community is second to none. She is passionate about people and thrives on building lasting relationships, making her a natural fit for her current role, bringing in new property management clients while also guiding the sales, admin, and property teams to deliver top-tier service across the board.
A local through and through, Denise has lived in the Serpentine Jarrahdale Shire for over 30 years and is deeply embedded in the community. She is a current member and Past President of the Rotary Club of Byford & Districts, a contributor to the community bank, a Relay for Life supporter, and a proud sponsor of children in Bali. Her legacy extends far beyond the business, touching lives and supporting causes across the region.
Specialising in rural and horse properties, investment portfolios, and all things real estate, Denise brings not only an incredible depth of knowledge but also a genuine, approachable, and honest presence to every client interaction. Outside of work, Denise enjoys life on her 5-acre horse property with a vibrant mix of animals including horses, birds, and her dog. She loves gardening, sewing, mowing, and spending time with her family and grandchildren. Her hands-on lifestyle reflects her down-to-earth nature and passion for everything she does
