Kirsten Round is the Sales Administrator at Professionals Byford, and the go-to person for keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. With a strong background in client services, financial planning, and administrative operations, Kirsten brings a unique mix of industry insight, problem-solving skills, and a genuine care for people into everything she does.
Before joining the team in Real Estate 3½ years ago, Kirsten worked for over 12 years in financial planning and 7½ years as an Optical Dispenser. Her ability to manage complex processes, communicate clearly, and support clients with empathy and precision translates seamlessly into her role in real estate, where no two days are ever the same.
Kirsten’s responsibilities span across sales administration, team support, and helping wherever needed within the office. She thrives on being outcomes-focused—helping clients and the sales team navigate the sales journey smoothly, offering clarity, reassurance, and reliable support at every step.
Living in the Serpentine Jarrahdale Shire since 2013, Kirsten is a dedicated local, giving back through volunteer work with the Rotary Club of Byford & Districts, assisting with event support and printing needs.
Outside of work, she enjoys baking, reading, Sudoku puzzles, and watching Formula 1 and V8 Supercars with her family. With two kids and a husband who also live and work locally, Kirsten knows just how important home and community really are.
