We have known Chris for over 12 years and sold half a dozen properties with him. His knowledge of the Armadale, Serpentine and Jahradale area is flawless, over the years he has seen these areas develop and understands what can be expected in the future, non the less he was great in selling our house in the Rockingham area which was previously very hard to sell with agents from that area.
