We first met Chris when he came to appraise our property in Mardella early 2022, we were on the fence about selling and he was so honest and helpful but not pushy at all. After a few months of thinking, we decided now was the time and went straight back to Chris and his team at Byford Professionals. Our house went live on the Sunday and needless to say Chris had our house sold by the Thursday for more than asking price. That’s right 4 days! The process from start to finish was so simple and Chris was available to help with anything and everything whenever we needed him.
