Chris͏ listened to my need & budget. Great local property knowledge, excellent communication.
From start to finish Chris and his team made the experience of home buying less stressful. Chris knows the Byford property market very well, he listen to my needs and was never pushy. Always communicating quickly with any updates. I would highly recommend very professional service.
Efficient,͏ professional, very helpful
We are first home buyers and the process from putting in an offer to receiving the keys could not have gone more smoothly. Chris was efficient and professional in everything. His communication was excellent and he went out of his way to answer any questions or requirements we had. We will definitely be using him again if the opportunity arises and will recommend him to others.
A͏ good honest deal done through Chris
Chris was very communicative, upfront honest and I found him very considerate to my and his clients needs. I would buy and sell through Chris again. One of the few good honest agents around.
They say moving house can be one the most stressful events in your lifetime. With Chris & the team, they took away all stress & worry & made it the best experience. They really are “the professional people”. Thank you Chris for helping us find our dream home. 😃

Communication and flexibility was also really great.
Thank you to Chris, Kirsten and Denice for your amazing work 😊
They͏ truly are The Selling Team!
As a local agent in the area for many years Chris knows the market really well and I knew the sale was in capable hands. Chris and Kirsten kept me informed along the way when negotiating with buyers and through the sale process. Highly recommend Chris as well as the team that support him in particular Kirsten who was very friendly and helpful! I was very pleased with the outcome achieving a sale price more than I had anticipated!
Thanks Team!
I’ve dealt with the team at Byford Professionals for quite some time now and that is exactly what I got was Professional service. The team has managed an investment property for me, great communication, paperwork is all in order, everyone is approachable and easy to talk to. Having recently sold a house with the aid of Chris and the team, they made sure it went smoothly and took care of all the behind scenes antics. Massive shout out to the team, absolute pleasure dealing with you guys and will be using again once we find our forever home. Highly recommended.
The͏ Best Agent we’ve ever had!
We first met Chris when he came to appraise our property in Mardella early 2022, we were on the fence about selling and he was so honest and helpful but not pushy at all. After a few months of thinking, we decided now was the time and went straight back to Chris and his team at Byford Professionals. Our house went live on the Sunday and needless to say Chris had our house sold by the Thursday for more than asking price. That’s right 4 days! The process from start to finish was so simple and Chris was available to help with anything and everything whenever we needed him. His advice was helpful, his help was freely available and his attitude to everything was the best I have ever seen from an agent. We would not hesitate for a second to go back to Chris when we are looking to buy or sell next time.
Thanks so much for all your help Chris, you truly are a great agent!
