I went with Chris as the agent too sell the house as I was looking closely at properties in the area that were selling and who seemed to be getting a great fast results with good reviews.
From the first contact on the phone to organise a meeting I knew he knew the area and market well.
The time came for the meeting and he was bang on time and had a great knowledge of sales and trends happening in the area. He gave me a few tips on things to do that would help with the sale of the property and offered a great fee and advertising options. It was great that he had previous people saved that were looking for properties in the area which made it a fast sale.
If there were any hiccups or other information needed along the way Chris was always able to be contacted and always replied with either a text, email or a phone call back.
I would definitely use Chris and the professional’s team Byford again. Awesome work Chris.
