We have recently purchased a property with Chris from the Professionals in Byford as the estate agent. He was very professional (pardon the pun):)with both the sale of our home and the purchase of the new one. Both Chris Denise and Jemma were more than patient with our endless questions at home opens and we appreciate their time and knowledge of real estate in general. We would absolutely recommend the Professionals team and we wouldn’t hesitate to contact them again if the need arises.
Great agents to buy and sell through.
Chris & Jemma were exceptional the whole process of purchasing my property! Was looking for a while before a listing came through the team’s portfolio that suited my budget. Went out of there way after hours to open the home for a walk through as I was flying out the next day. Guided me through the process with the bank and settlement keeping me up to date every step of the way. Do not hesitate to contact the team Byford professionals as they truely do make buying a house a pleasant experience! Thanks again
Chris and Jemma were fantastic to deal with. Our house was sold quickly and they went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly between offer and acceptance to settlement.
10/10 Experience
Chris exceeded our expectations in every way. He was so knowledgeable about everything when we were clueless. He went out of his way to make sure we were happy and understood all that was happening. I 100% recommend him to anyone and will be using him again!

Quick Sale
Chris and Jemma from Professionals Byford recently sold my property after one home open. Very happy with the result and their communication throughout the sale process.

Responsiveness
I went with Chris as the agent too sell the house as I was looking closely at properties in the area that were selling and who seemed to be getting a great fast results with good reviews.
From the first contact on the phone to organise a meeting I knew he knew the area and market well.
The time came for the meeting and he was bang on time and had a great knowledge of sales and trends happening in the area. He gave me a few tips on things to do that would help with the sale of the property and offered a great fee and advertising options. It was great that he had previous people saved that were looking for properties in the area which made it a fast sale.
If there were any hiccups or other information needed along the way Chris was always able to be contacted and always replied with either a text, email or a phone call back.
I would definitely use Chris and the professional’s team Byford again. Awesome work Chris.
Regards Daniel
